General Shipping Details
Babydoll Lashes LLC reserves the right to ship orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or any other postal service at any time, at its discretion. If you have an e-mail address on file with the Company, then you will receive a confirmation when you order has been shipped, with tracking numbers, if applicable.

A. Shipping and Handling Rates
Handling and delivery for USPS Priority orders may take up to seven business days.

+ First Class/Priority (2 - 3 days): $8.00
+ Priority Express (1 - 2 days): $35.00
+ Training Kits Sipping cost: $25
Shipping and Handling Rates for International Orders
+ Training Kits: $45.00
+ All Other Product Orders: $35.00
B. Processing & Shipping Time Policy
All orders received are processed Tuesday– Friday during company hours of operation. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to ship upon placement. Orders received and processed with in this 24-48 hour window, on or before 12PM PST will go out the same processing day. First Class and Priority mail may take up to seven (7) business days to arrive and Priority Express may take up to 2 days to arrive depending on your postal code and time you placed the order.
Handling and delivery for International orders may take up to 14 business days.
The Company is not liable for delays in shipping due to inclement weather, or any other unforeseen reason.
C. Signature Policy
The Company does not require a signature for delivery of orders in most cases, but reserves the right to do so. Once the delivery of an order is confirmed by the freight carrier, then the Company is no longer liable for the order. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to orders that may occur while they are in the custody of the freight carrier.
D. Same Day Shipping Policy
Priority Express orders received Tuesday– Friday by 12 PM PST will be processed the same day for 2 day delivery. If a Priority Express order is placed after 12 PM PST, your order will be processed the following business day for 3 day delivery. The Company is not liable for delays in shipping due to inclement weather, or any other unforeseen reason. Exceptions may apply: In certain zip codes (mostly rural) Priority Express may require an additional shipping day. Please check with your local post office to determine if you live in this zone.
Return and Exchange Policy
Real-Eyez Beauty reserves the right to refuse sales and service to anyone for any reason or for no reason.
It is our goal at Real-Eyez Beauty to ship quality products and provide excellent customer service. Due to issues with contamination, Real-Eyez Beauty cannot accept product returns after packaging has been opened. Within 30 days of the date that the postal carrier delivers your product(s), you may elect to return unopened, merchandise for a refund in an amount equal to the purchase price (less shipping fees and a restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price), but you also have the option to receive a product credit for future purchases in an amount equal to the purchase price (less a processing fee equal to 10% of the purchase price). Product credits accrued will remain available to you for a period of twelve (12) months. At that point accrued product credits will automatically expire.
If you determine that products shipped to you are defective, you must inform Real-Eyez Beauty of the condition within fourteen (14) days of receipt by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 1-760-459-4470. You will be given a return authorization number with shipping instructions. All products must be returned in original packaging. Real-Eyez Beauty reserves the right to either replace defective product or provide a refund of the purchase price upon receipt of defective product.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you determine that any of the items in your order are missing or incorrect, please notify Real-Eyez Beauty to correct the order within fourteen (14) days of order receipt.
Refund Policy for Training
If trainees cancel 14+ days prior to the training program date, $500 is non-refundable. If trainees cancel 1-14 days prior to the training program date, $1000 is non-refundable. If trainees fail to meet the qualifications listed in the course description, objectives of the course or do not complete the program, the trainee is ineligible for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled training date. If trainees are registering as part of a promotion; they will forfeit their seat if they do not show.
If trainee cancels after registration, but prior to the kit shipment and prior to starting the modules, there will be a $50 restocking fee. If trainee cancels after starting the modules , the trainee is ineligible for a refund . If trainees fails to meet qualifications listed in the course description, the objectives of the course or do not complete the program, the trainee is ineligible for a refund. The same policies apply to students applying as part of a promotion.
