IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS

If trainees cancel 14+ days before the training program date, $500 is non-refundable. If trainees cancel 1-14 days before the training program date, $1000 is non-refundable. If trainees fail to meet the qualifications listed in the course description, objectives of the course or do not complete the program, the trainee is ineligible for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice before the scheduled training date. If trainees are registering as part of a promotion; they will forfeit their seat if they do not show.

ONLINE WORKSHOPS

If trainee cancels after registration, but before the kit shipment and before starting the modules, there will be a $50 restocking fee. If trainee cancels after starting the modules, the trainee is ineligible for a refund. If trainees fail to meet the qualifications listed in the course description, the objectives of the course or do not complete the program, the trainee is ineligible for a refund. The same policies apply to students applying as part of a promotion.
